I don't really have any opinions on it. I wonder what he will do with it though, is Twitter making a profit yet?
Do you have any facts to back up your post op?

Does Bernd like podcasts? Which ones do you listen to the most? I regularly try to listen to Lex Fridman, because he has interesting guests, but most of the time I quit after a few minutes, because he kinda sounds like a retard, I think it’s his way of speech.

>>20273 You can listen to the same podcasts over and over again. For example there is a German 6 part podcast about Peter Thiel and it's so good, I just relisten it again and again.
I listen to Insiders(a TV show but still), Planet America, Question Time, Forces News Sitrep pod cast and sometimes Bloomberg podcasts.

"The Rest is History" has already been mentioned, I like it quite much. The other one is "Real Dictators", the production value is just great. They seem to do a lot of research and interview experts or people from that respective time periods as well. In general, I like podcasts with dense information, I don't care about smalltalk and lots of "uuhs" or "uuums".

For gods to desire sacrifice and worship there must be a benefit of some nature conveyed by such acts and if there was such a benefit then surely they would appear in before humans and display their powers to gain the worship of those humans, but they don't. Why is this? They must be limited by something but if they are limited by something what is it and how can they hold power and be limited at the same time? It must be that a God is absorbing the faith of the other gods and then not performing actions, thereby they rob the other gods of the ability to perform actions and thereby gain followers but at the same time they don't appear themselves and convert people anymore which again makes us wonder what the reason for that is? Perhaps it was not a God at all that has absorbed the worlds faith but an Anti-God, the aim of this Anti-God was to rob the gods of the ability to perform any actions that would gather faith and power to them and once that was done they would not perform actions themselves and so they would see faith and the power brought from faith die. It's also possible this Anti-God was absorbing the faith of other gods but they themself had nothing to give back, they could only consume.

>>20180 He’s condescending and lacks the first thing that is needed to actually be able to discuss religion: humility. I also don’t want to argue with someone who is obviously just trying to insult one’s faith (for example by calling Jesus Christ a demon).
>>20184 >He’s condescending and lacks the first thing that is needed to actually be able to discuss religion: humility. True. >someone who is obviously just trying to insult one’s faith Eh, maybe not necessarily. He seems genuinely interested in the topic at least.
>>20184 Humility? I am not one to prostrate myself before another, I will become that which is prostrated too. Humility will bind you in subservience and block you from the pursuit of what is true and where and how deistic power is attained.
>>20188 >Humility will bind you in subservience and block you from the pursuit of what is true False. You need humility whenever you want to find the truth to anything, because you need to put aside your preconceptions and wishful thinking in the first place.

What would have had happened, if the GDR, instead of rolling back on the NES, doubled it down, allowing sectored open market policies, private enterprise and even creating special economic zones with less tariffs and taxes? If unemployment and disparity cause popular discontent, the population was already locked it inside with the wall anyway, and the USSR could always interve with tanks. If party hardliners oppose, you just substitute them with a new class of non ideological technocrats. Instead the GDR doubled down on debt to keep a zombie economy. Am I wrong?

>>19917 >What would have had happened, if the GDR, instead of rolling back on the NES, doubled it down, allowing sectored open market policies, private enterprise and even creating special economic zones with less tariffs and taxes? The GDR was so fucking broke and in debt at this point, pretty much everything would have been impossible. They realized that they could only avoid becoming bankrupt if they lowered the standard of living immensely, and that would have cost them their heads. They played the smart game and just let the west pay for everything they fucked up over the last 40 years.
>>20018 The way that they collapsed and were absorbed overnight it's very strange in my opinion. I imagine that a lot of old people got their pensions destroyed with the currency exchange of the unification. So you don't think that by early 60s they still could reform? If it worked for china, why not the GDR? The population being exposed to the standard of living of west Germany and the soviets breathing down their neck wouldn't allow a thourgh reform?

Would you say your YouTube habits are healthy? In the light of YouTube as a platform getting shittier and shittier, I have been recently thinking about a more conscious approach to using YouTube, not using the YouTube website anymore and rejecting algorithmic recommendations, but instead downloading high quality longer videos from channels I know to be good.
>>19768 Mere Christianity really explained a lot of things to me.
>>19803 Your approach seems good. I'm largely reduced to a hit and run approach to yt. Once a week I download the same half dozen weekly video podcasts, and I'm done. The days are gone of opening one yt video, seeing a cool recommendation, then that second page has a cool recommendation... and five hours later you can't remember where you started. Italian bernd's videos have made me nostalgic for when yt videos were tight productions and well scripted. Now, 'Kimmel joke slams Trump' is a 45 minute analysis.

Tell me then. Nowadays I think why we percevere. It is commom to think backwards, if I knew, I would. The thinkmind of escsapists who imagine they can blink off whatever they don't like but is blown by occupation reality. Likewise, 'I would have fled the country and be well off'. If it is EU, catch a breath for a minute. If it Russia, well , it must be painful to hear for the first time of your young life what is 'Southern Federal District". Why do we persevere? No definite answer. You are young enough, you have kids, you want them to live in a better country (you have 2 small ones, eject more and have a 3rd and be exempt from the army, aint a feat). You are old enough, you have no one but hate for yourself which is still less than hate for the enemy: absolute degenerate people whcih kill kids to propagate itself. For me it is always cool to know I have already made the K/D ratio to spite the scum. at Bernd 2025-11-03 13:53:47 No. 27331604 SÄGE! В загон, свинья!
