My split goes as such:
One day; chest, triceps
Other day; back, biceps
It is a lazy split, and I don't do legs because I have an injury in my knee. Seems to hit most upper body muscle groups with the exercises I do, though. I can't complain, the parts of your body people mostly notice are your pectorals and your arms, and I hit those pretty effectively. I've also been getting lats results for some reason, I don't even do any lats exercises. Maybe it's the inclined bench using weights that I do that has been giving me lats. I'm pretty lean, though. I weigh 78 kilos currently. Just need to get off my ass and work out some more, I've been starting to look sort of beefy, if I do say so myself.
