I think I already have a magnesium rich diet. By a lot do you mean more than that? Something only supplements can give?

Can't think of anything that could have damaged my ears. It started out one day when I was working on my backyard. It went away after a few hours, but kept coming back, now it's almost constant. I have typical bernd life, I don't even use earphones or any loud speakers. Maybe some kind of infection from using earplug? I use those often to focus on my studies.
It's getting annoying when I'm trying to sleep. It seems to get better when I lay on the side with tinnitus. But I like to sleep belly up. So I'm having bad sleep nights either due to tinnitus or bad position.
But I just found this
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/symptoms/14164-tinnitus
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/treatments/11086-non-steroidal-anti-inflammatory-medicines-nsaids
It says that non-steroidal anti-inflamatories can cause tinnitus too. And I have sleep problems so I'm often taking headache pills. I took anti-inflamatories when I was doing the heavy work in my backyard, and I took headeache medication again these past days precisely because tinnitus is making it hard to sleep.
I'm going to try quitting this, and if doesn't work I'm going to see if it's ear infection.

I'm middle aged. Never did anything that could damage my ears.
