Yesterday we had a work gathering at a street food market where you could also sit down. One of the stalls there had a bakery that had transparent glass walls so you could see the people working there at all times. Even if women are "allowed" to behave like this because the are perceived as being less of a physical danger than men, it creates a low-key sexist atmosphere at work that nobody wants. She can do this with her friends, but treating people like objects isn't something you would ever want at work. It makes parts of the employees comfortable with judging people by their looks and attraction, which even if it doesn't create immediate problems internally (which it always does, e.g. when you hire people and in group dynamics) may be noticed from the outside and create drama.
