What's the best way of mitigating an internet addiction? It seems to control my life far too much with this fomo attitude.
Do more stuff away from your computer.
The problem got a lot worse when you have to work using internet. Very few times i was able to just work and turn off the PC and go to the real world.
cry make whiny posts on kc self pity
Some of us are just doomed to be internet addicts, it is what it is.
Nobody is really an internet addict. It's like saying you have a car addiction if you don't walk everywhere or a shoe addiction if you don't go barefoot everywhere. The internet is just a convenient tool you use to get whatever it is you're addicted to. The best way to mitigate your addiction starts by properly identifying it instead of just blaming the internet for it.

No need to act. Soon there will be nothing left worth browsing. On that note, please enjoy sex advice from an AI doctor. She already has 46,000 subscribers in one month. https://www.youtube.com/@DR.NERITA
>>21509 I've identified it. Its a vicious cycle that seems to worsen as there is no community to latch onto and if I do go offline the withdrawals are severe.
>>21521 Aren't we your community?
>>21522 That's a cheap excuse to disengage with the real world and instead misuse time. Rather the internet has become more divided as it progresses forward with no real substance anymore besides the worry of fragmentation caused by privacy concerns and economic misuse.
Just walk away from your computer. It will probably help you mitigate that unwarranted self importance that keeps you an Ausfailian.
>>21524 The problem is that we have computers in our pocket. And unlike in 2010, they're actually quite decent at their jobs now.
Get a hobby, play games, read a book.
>>21524 I think you think he is somebody else.
>>21523 But you're not DISengaging with the "real world" if there's nothing there for you to engage with in the first place. Also, the internet isn't unreal. It's not fiction. We're real people here from the real world.
Use a "block website" plugin. t.uses it for kohlchan
>>21558 >We're real people here from the real world. Not everybody, especially on social media, is real. Even on kohl there has been reasonable doubt that some posters are actually bots.
