>book dentist appointment for 8 AM >arrive at the dentist’s and see someone already sitting there who also has an appointment for 8 AM with the same dentist >have to wait 30 Min, although you had an appointment for 8 AM Why do they do this? Why couldn’t they just have given me an appointment half an hour later?
>>20492 Two others already have the 8:30 spot.
I thought Germans were meant to be efficient.
>>20494 Why do they give multiple people the same time although they know there’s only one dentist? Is this some financial fraud?
>>20495 Practices always have a clause of the kind "more urgent cases will be treated preferably", so if you have a regular checkup and someone comes in with an actual toothache your appointment doesn't really matter. That said, ever since the last government the german health system is in shambles.
>>20496 Here, you only see the dentist a fraction of the time you're there. Most of the time you spend with the assistant who prepares everything. At least for smaller things, if you have a major surgery, then they won't double book probably.
>>20498 I know, but we both had appointments specifically with the dentist, it wasn’t anything the assistants could do
>>20497 >"more urgent cases will be treated preferably" here they have special emergency rooms for that in the same clinic, so such patients don't interfere with normal people who booked an appointment in advance
>>20528 It's not a clinic, it's a doctor's practice
>>20538 oh, okay then it kinda makes sense: you surely could wait for 30 minutes, while that other guy was suffering from immense pain
>>20492 Because some asshole patient took longer than expected. t. son of dentists
>>20550 The dentist opened at 8 AM...
>>20551 Okay no idea. I may be the son of a dentist but my father isn't an asshole who scams people out of money and plays golf. But since that's the cliché, I'd say its his fucking fault and he should just scam the shit out of the idiots that annoy him all day.
I have similar xp here. Private practices are all stuffed double with patients. I don't even count dentists as white collars or intelligentsia, they really more like mechanics or assembly line workers. On one hand their levels of business (I reluctant to call it work ethic) is kinda impressive and worthy some applause, on the other hand they are all money grabbing Jews and the whole dentistry is just about this. Let all the teeth of everyone rot away and fix them for bank.
>>20603 >they really more like mechanics or assembly line workers. Yet they earn top of the line.
>>20607 Have you missed the part about the money grabbing Jews?
>>20607 Congrats on not getting the point
>>20710 We're not on /pol/... my dentist is really nice, he even helps his patients to pay less by lying to the insurance companies.
>>20714 You can be anti-semitic eveyrwhere, it's just common sense. Although Ashkebazi jews aren't even semites, so hating on them isn't technically anti-semitism.

>>20714 >>20737 It isn't anti-Semitic. I wasn't stating Jews are like money grabbing Jews. I was talking about dentists.
>>20492 They paid for the waiting room and you are going to use it!
